This is the private California RBS Training for TVBWF. Please select this course if you are a volunteer or a staff member of the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival.

If you DO NOT have your Server ID, STOP. Visit the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control website here and register to receive your Server ID before you purchase. You must enter the Server ID number that is assigned to you when you register with our training course.

1. Visit the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control website, and register for a Server ID number.


2. After you have completed your registration, log in to your account. There you will pay the required fee for the exam and receive a Server ID. Record your ID. You will need it to purchase your training.


3. Return to this page, and make your purchase, and take your training.

We must have your ID number from the ABC to report that you completed the training with us for them to verify that you completed the training with an approved RBS provider.

Learn to serve and sell alcohol responsibly and legally in the state of California. The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) now requires that anyone that is defined as an alcohol server or alcohol manager under AB 1221 must complete mandatory alcohol responsible beverage service training.

You will have 30 days to access the training material. Please complete the training within 30 days of purchase.
